Refund policy

At Noctra, every order is carefully processed, packed, and checked before being dispatched to ensure that the correct product reaches you in proper condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect product or color selected by the customer
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

We strongly recommend checking the size chart, product description, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the received product
  • A clear video showing the issue, if applicable
  • Photographs/videos of the outer packaging and shipping label

Our team will review the submitted information and verify the issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the affected product, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for general return requests, size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

If a damaged or incorrect product is confirmed and a replacement cannot be provided due to unavailability, Noctra may issue a refund through the original payment method.

Any approved refund will be processed after the claim has been verified. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved for a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Important Note

Products must not be returned without prior approval from Noctra. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
